Roughly 1 in 3 cars we check comes back with something the advert never mentioned.

Talk to a real person.

No robots. No menus. No hold music. Six of us in Manchester read every message, and one of us will get back to you — usually the same day.

Three easy ways to reach us

Whichever suits you. They all reach the same friendly people.

Email us

Best for anything about a report you’ve already run. Pop the number plate in your message.

Call us

Weekdays, 9 in the morning to half past 5. If we miss you, we ring back the same day.

WhatsApp

Quickest if you want to send us a photo of the advert or the logbook to check.

Send us a message

Fill this in and it lands in the same inbox as everything else. No ticket number, no robot reply pretending to be a person.

It helps us to know

Or go straight to the right person

Pick the one that fits and it saves everyone a day.

General questions

Anything at all, including “is this car even worth checking?”

Reports and refunds

Empty report, wrong car, or a charge you don’t recognise.

Quick answers

These might save you a message. If not, we’re one call away.

Usually the same day, and always within one working day. There’s no automatic reply, so if you haven’t heard from us in two working days something has gone wrong — please send it again and we’ll pick it up.

Email the number plate and your order number to reports@yourdomain.co.uk and we’ll refund you in full. We won’t ask you to justify it.

Nearly always it’s a letter or number typed by mistake — a 0 for an O, a 5 for an S. Try the free check again first. If the plate is definitely right and it’s still wrong, tell us and we’ll refund it and put it right.

We can tell you everything on its record, and the AI report explains what that means for the price. What we can’t do is tell you the engine’s sound — that’s a test drive and a mechanic, and no report replaces either.

Of course. Ring us on 0161 000 0000, weekdays, and we’ll walk you through it step by step, or run the check for you while you’re on the phone. That’s what we’re here for.
